1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers of

hereinafter referred to as "the Agency".

These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships with customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scope of services

The agency provides services in particular in the following areas:

• Marketing and advertising concepts

• Social Media Management

• Web design and website creation

• Graphic design and branding

• Content Creation

• Photo and video production

• Consulting in the field of advertising and communication

The specific scope of services is defined in the respective offer, order, or written agreement.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is formed by written confirmation of an offer via email, WhatsApp, or by explicit order from the customer.

Any verbal side agreements require written confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment within 7 days of the invoice date without deduction.

In case of late payment, the agency reserves the right to charge default interest in accordance with the statutory provisions.

5. Customer's duty to cooperate

The customer undertakes to provide all information, content, texts, images, logos, access and other materials required for the provision of services in a timely manner.

Delays caused by the client's late cooperation are not the responsibility of the agency.

6. Correction loops

Unless otherwise agreed, up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the agreed price.

Further changes or additional adjustments will be billed separately according to the effort involved.

7. Usage rights

All rights of use to created designs, websites, graphics, photos, videos and other creative services are transferred to the customer only after full payment.

Until full payment is received, all rights remain with the agency.

The agency is entitled to use completed projects as references for self-promotion and portfolio purposes, unless the client expressly objects.

8. Liability

The agency is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

The customer is solely responsible for content provided by the customer (texts, images, logos, trademark rights).

9. Withdrawal / Cancellation

If a project that has already been commissioned is cancelled, services already rendered must be compensated proportionally.

Work already started, concepts or design drafts will be billed according to the effort already invested.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Austrian law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is Eisenstadt, insofar as legally permissible.
